Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
